Sige Sir, tignan ko sa buyandsell mahal pala second hand pero subukin ko mag canvas baka meron mas mura. hindi ko ibebentayung jr ko kasi yung panganay ko nangungulit sa jr ko kaya malamang bumili ako ng GD. sabi mo malakas sa hatawan yan ang gusto ko!, oo nga pala meron akong nakita na bagong kymco exciting 250cc ang ganda kaya lang sa singapore lang daw available yung 250cc dito kaya sa pinas magkakaroon kaya?

when we installed an hid system on a bet n win 250, it took us like 10 mins. just connect positive from the hid to positive of original harness and negative from hid to negative of original harness. the original harness has 2 positive outputs - one for high beam and the other for low beam. i prefer using the low beam positive output.

there are probably other types of hid systems that require more complex installation procedures.

i have a black grand dink that i got from kymco mandaluyong last april 2005. nakaka 1600kms na ako with no problems.

my fuel consumption is 23-25 kms per liter for city rides and 26-30kms per liter for long drives. it handles a bit differently from smaller scoots. medyo pang big-bike ang handling sa curves and twisties. huwag din kayo masyadong ma-aliw sa curves at kapag napasobra ang dapa, garantisado gasgas ang cover ng belt niyo.

i changed my stock phillips halogen h4 (60/55w) to an all weather osram h4 (60/55w). i noticed a great improvement with my field of vision at night. medyo violetish-yellow ang color ng bulb. improves brightness by 30%. medyo mahal and hid system (7 to 10 thousand). in my opinion, mas ok pa rin ang standard light o medyo yellowish light kesa sa white light. sa experience ko, yung white ang light kawawa kapag me kasalubong at kung umuulan. kinakain lang ng ulan yung ilaw. yung yellowish light, tumatagos sa ulan at sa kasalubong na ilaw sa daan.

Hitler, sa mandaluyong ko din kinuha yung unit ko noong October last year...Red GD ang sa akin...ang pinalitan ko naman ay yung Busina nya ng Bosch Fanfare...kaya tunog Expedition ang scooter ko....

Papalitan ko din yung stock halogen h4 ng GD ko...ang problema ko lang na encounter ay nasisilaw ang mga nakakasalubong ko kahit na sagad na sa low yung headlight ko...sa tingin sa halogen bulb ang problema ko....magkano ba ang bili mo sa OsramH4 mo?

got my osram all weather at ace hardware. i got my first two bulbs (for my honda city) at ace hardware megamall. i got my next two (for the grand dink plus spare ) at ace hardware fairview. got my last two (spare for my honda city) at ace hardware marketmarket. price is 425p. get the all weather (yellowish-purple ang bulb) and not the cool blue. the osram cool blue is also great kaya lang hirap pa din sa ulan at kung me kasalubong na ilaw. by the way, be sure to check the wattage. there is also an all weather bulb for sale pero 100/90 ang wattage. mas mahal and you will need to change your cables and add relays. get the 60/55w. sulit siya!

naalala ko lang... mas mataas kasi ang mounting ng headlights ng bikes kesa sa kotse kaya medyo mas mataas talaga ang focus ng ilaw ng motor kesa kotse. remember that i bought the same bulbs for my car and grand dink? well, mas maganda pa rin ang buga o bato ng ilaw dun sa city ko kaysa dun sa buga dun sa grand dink. mas medyo sabog ang buga sa motor. but in any case, malakas pa din yung buga dun sa motor compared sa white o stock bulbs. me angkas ka ba palagi? another cause ng tumataas na focus ng low beam ay kung mabigat yung likod na load ng bike. try to stiffen your shocks to the mid range. baka mag-improve. ako kasi naka set sa mid yung rear shocks kasi mabigat ako (220 lbs). mas maganda ang ride ko kasi hindi kawawa sa lubak pero comfortable pa din. masarap sana yung softest setting kaya lang kawawa yung shocks pagdating sa mga biglang lubak. and mas maganda mag attack ng curves and zigzags nung nagpalit ako to mid setting. mas responsive ika nga.

kung mabigat ang load mo siguro try mo din yung max setting. kung baga i test mo sa mid range tapos pakiramdaman mo yung ride. then subok mo sa max setting kung gaganda pa. kung hindi na, balik mo na ulit sa mid.

Yung busina na yan ay pair palagi binibili...i'm out of the country ngayon kaya next week ko pa aayusin yung shox ko...

ok handling niya kng deretso ang takbo sir pero kng sa kurbahan malikot siya parang ang light nung front nya. may nakausap me sugest niya palitan ng 130.

bka masyadong matigas ang tire pressure mo sa front tires kung mabuway sa curves/zigzags. yout tire pressure plays a part in the stability of your scoot at curves. kung sobra inflated, less contact patch and less grip on the asphalt/cement. i do marilaque trips at least once a week with my grand dink and i never felt unstable during curves. puro twisties ang daan dun pero kapit na kapit ang scoot ko.

usually palitan nyo lang yan ng speedometer cable, ok na yan.
or, kun gsto nyo try kun pwede pa - try to disassemle ur cable, clean it before lubricating it. if it still doesnt work, malamang putol na cable inside.

pag nagpalit ka ng bola, may iba na nililiitan yung 3 bola tapos yung 3 natitirang bola mas malaki or original size. mas maganda ang arangkada sabi ng mga nagpaset-up ng ganito. but i suggest na wag mo na palitan. kung nakanto na ang mga bola mo, palitan mo ng orig na kymco. better to use original parts. scooters are designed for gradual acceleration. kung mahilig ka umarangkada, kawawa ang belt mo. mad madali mapudpod o mabali ang belt pag bigla ang arangkada. hayaan mong bumilis ang takbo ng dink mo ng hindi pinipilit. mas tatagal ang buhay ng belt at makina mo.

UU nga make it original na lng, pag nag palit ka medyo iikli life time ng belt mo pati na rin bola mo. I travel 80kms a day Bulacan-Marikina-Antipolo balikan yun, the best ang DINK basta sundin mo lng yung Maintainance guide kung kailan ka maglilinis or mag papalit ng Belt at bola at kung ano pa.
