BIG CAT Saan mo ba gusto magpa-register, sa SEC or sa MCPF? Kung sa SEC just go to the SEC ofc then fill in the forms then pay the fees tapos ok na. You can register with the MCPF without being registered with the SEC. Sir Frank, I asked him as to where he wants the club to be registered. If he wants it to be registered to SEC go to SEC ofc, fill in the form and pay the fees. If he wants the club to be registered at MCPF all he have to do is PM you with the details of the club.
