A friend of mine is going home from Singapore and I would like to ask him to buy me some riding gear stuff for me and my bike (honda cruiser).

Do you happen to know where, if any? Would it be less expensive there compare to Manila or Hong Kong?

Bro, you might be disappointed since the prices for Motorcycle Gear in Singapore is higher than our prices here. They do have a bigger selection of jackets, pants and boots though and they do have more accessories like windscreens, pipes, mags, power commanders etc.

There are three people/shops that I have dealt with in Singapore. First, there is Hodaka MotoWorld. It has full service bays and 3 floors of parts, accessories, clothing, helmets, jackets, gloves, etc. It’s located in an industrial park:

Another helpful shop is BikeTech 21, located near the Sim Lim Square electronics and IT mall. It’s a smaller shop with less inventory, but you can order just about anything from there. The manager, Shah, is a very fast rider, and he is very helpful.

Actually, this info was given to me by my friend Phantom F16. I went there 2 months ago and was able to buy a few items. Most of the shops I went to had higher prices. An example would be the HJC CL-14. It costs 4k here but over there, it costs over 5k.


There is a lot of SportBikes over there though and I'm sure you will be able to find the items you're looking for albeit at a higher price than what you'd get them for back here.

BTW, the products that are really cheap over there are electronics! I was able to buy my Digital SLR camera that was supposed to be released a month after pa at a really low price!
