View Full Version : z200 ok ba talaga?
JDGLIE May 23rd, 2005, 12:28 PM Mga boss, tanung ko lang kung ok ba talaga ang z200 when it comes to durability and performance. I really hope z200 owners can answer. thanks.

spectralknight8 May 23rd, 2005, 02:26 PM Mr. President, want to share your Subic Castrol Rock the Road experience?
Hardliner May 23rd, 2005, 03:01 PM some of our members reached 140kph at stock speed. there is an unverified report that a z200 just did a 170kph with an s4 doing the reading, since z200 speedo is only up to 160kph...a z200 placed 3rd at an open competition at the castrol rock the road camp at subic circuit. only losing to 400cc bikes.

Some of your members do reach 140kph but the majority dont? tama ba? bro, cguro modified na kaya naka 140kph, pero kung stock lang talaga kaya ba mag 130kph? thanks.
MUSKA May 25th, 2005, 03:07 PM Ako all stock no modifications yet but I'ved reach 140kph already on my Z200 & may ibubuga pa, siguro dipende din yan sa changing gears mo.
wasted_23 May 25th, 2005, 03:51 PM ndi naman imposible mag 140++kph ang z200.
maganda ang review ng z200, i read it somewhere before (and saw some pics)na isinasale pa nga nila( zongshen) ito sa mga competition.

some?...we are the majority, bro
the trick is, you have to finish your breakin period to reach 140kph...change your pipe to go beyond. no need to modify the engine and gears. you only need to buy a good aftermarket pipe.
the z200 will definitely lose in sprint but on straights and circuits it will take on a 250cc...besides you don't need a 120kph in the city it will kill you...those dual disc breaks were placed in there for a purpose and not for good looks.
when you buy a z200, the manufacturer have placed a limiter on the carb. it will only limit you to run up to 80kph during breakin period, forcing new owners to comply with the factory recommended breakin. my bike has a limiter but my dealer unlocked the limiter before turning it over to me. some units have already their limiters unlocked.

bro, thanks sa reply. anu ba na after market pipe ang gamit niyo? alam niyo i really plan to buy this bike kaya nga nag stop na ako sa modification ng underbone ko para makaipon. Hindi ko rin planu na ipang karera ang z200, looks lang habol ko parang ang sarap kasi paglaruan. kaya ko lang natanung ang top speed para malaman kung aabot ba ng 130kph kasi dami talaga dito nagsasabi na walang ibubuga, but hten thru the information i get from you mukhang mali sila, i know it kasi kayo subok niyo na.
Hardliner May 27th, 2005, 01:17 PM only 2 have aftermarket pipes, the other one being a daredevil and mr. prez's pipe don't know the brand but sure is something. even the price, great. the rest with stock pipes two of them being modified ones.
that's why we created the Xplorers Phils. club, to unlock and explore the potentials of this bike. since the dealers doesn't say much about it, most of their info now comes from us owners...true, that some owners does not know much about their machines...and if you don't know it, you don't know how to handle it.
pasyal ka minsan sa tambayan, to look and inquire about the bike. we're open to anyone who wants to know more about the bike.
Kng rider used lng, not necessary na modify pero kng racers use syempre kelangan mo modify. Ngayon kng bibili ka ng z200 and for race mo gagamitin, bili ka na ng mas mataas like 600cc or 7500 cc mostly yng second hand kunti lng diffirence ng price.
Ang importante sa street rage e hindi yng maximum speed, kundi yng capacity ng bike mo na mag break, sa z200 tumatakbo ka ng 120 versus suzuki raider 120 rin, sudden changes or obstacle on road... think that way, safety first, but of course avoid street rage, it's very dangerous not only to yourself but also to other commuters.
