sukat mo yung helmet.. sa unang suot, medyo masikip sya sa yo.. medyo ipit yung pisngi mo.. pero dont worry, thats approximately the correct size.. medyo dapat nakakahinga ka nga lang ng maayos..

wag mo ng alamin kung anong size ang suka mo. iba ibang size ang gamit ng iba't ibang brand.
