bili ka nalang nung mga FRS radio sa macro or radio shack, mga 1800 hangang 2500 ang price, pair na yun, nasa 5 kms ang kaya nun (line of sight). me motorola, uniden atb. ang tatak

try buying a second hand icom vhf radio...mostly 2t plus lang at least long radius reach niya....we used this during our rides. you must have to apply a lic nga lang for those at the ntc.

use a vhf radio like an icom (approx 5 watts)....... mas malayo ang range compared to FRS (usually less than 1 watt). siyempre naka lagay sa bag yan, may mga obstruction sa kalye, moving at high speed ka pa....... you need all the extra power to have clear reception.

taga NTC...

sometimes nagooperate din mga ppol from ntc mostly ksama nila mga tmg and dotc. i have seen them at the parking area in virra mall, pinapara lahat ng car with mobile radios. its better to have a lic. ung legal ba at least no worries.

kung gagamitin mo yung 2-way radio while riding, dapat may VOX feature. Kailangan mo ng hands free accessory (mic & earphone) to use this feature.
Inform mo rin ako pag may nakita kana, i'm also interested sa ganitong set-up.

the best na mga bro kung gagamitin mo ICOM. any model kahit yung mga luma na radios like 02N, 02A at AT. these 3 are the most common units, and its widely use coz of its availability at ng mga accessories like mic, VOX mic, earphones at mga antenna & batt packs. these model ranges from 2,500-3,000 pesos pero sulit to compared sa mga motorola at radio shack. 11 kms radius nyan on clear area, walang dead spot. and if you are in peoples park in tagaytay, kaya mong bumato ng hanggang bulacan (full scale) lalo na mganda panahon or pampanga (no meter na nga lang) ng naka simplex lang.

aprub yan pare ko. :punk: :punk: :punk:

wag na icom o kenwood, just frs or family radio system. pang 2-5 km lang programable frequency 1 to 14 channel any one who have money could buy and join in talking perfect for outings ang riding
names llike kenwood, motorola, audovox
frs di na just match all channel:)
