Mga Bros, anyone who can help me how to remove my helmet Face shield? I'd like to repaint my HJC Helmet and I dont have any idea how to removed it.

Depends on the model. Go HERE (http://www.hjchelmets.com/shield_ahj05_removal.htm) and select from the links on the left the actual model of your helmet.

on the CL-12, to remove the face shield, make sure the shield is all the way in the open position... if it's not, then the "tracks" where the shield slides in are not aligned and you might break it trying to remove it... pag naka todo na yung shield na bukas, just slide it off... do not try to pull it away from the helmet... slide it... kasi yung CL-14, imbis na slide, you have to pull it away from the helmet...

yes i did to remove carefully kaya lang i didnt open the lid wide kaya tuloy nag crak na nga yung plastic nilagyan ko na tuloy ng migthy bond. anyway its my fault binigla kong hinila...thanks bro sa advice kaya lang charge to xperience hehehe!!!

Ensure you have the locking arm open. Sometimes you will feel it hard to slide out because the locking arm might not be fully open.

Another tip: Slide one side first and then the other. Don't attempt to slide both sides all at the same time. The plastic is flexible so it won't break even if you slide one side far enough.
