With his fourth Motocross Grand Prix victory in a row coming today in Sweden, L&M Yamaha's Stefan Everts is now just three points behind Suzuki's Mickael Pichon with five rounds remaining in the World Motocross Championship.

Everts led ever lap of today's Swedish Grand Prix, besting the KTM of Joel Smets with Pichon ending up third. With seven races run and five to go, things are tight at the top as Pichon leads Everts, 153-150. Smets sits third with 146 points.

To make Everts' day in Sweden even better, the Belgian went out and did the double, scoring the 125cc Grand Prix victory as well. Everts ended up topping KTM's Marc De Reuver and Steve Ramon to win his third race in four starts after joining the class in the third round of the series.
