***Only full pledged SRC members are eligible to nominate/vote for the new officers election.
***SRC members who are current officers of another club is not entitled to be nominated or hold office.
***Deadline for nominations will be on Feb 27. Election date will be on March 5 (Place/Time to be announced.)

The President
The President is responsible for the management of the association and shall insure compliance with the purpose and policies of the Club.
To preside at all club meetings
To personally represent the club on appropriate occasions and in business contacts.
To exercise general supervision of club affairs.
To assist other club officers in their duties, records, and other correspondence.
To promote interest on the part of each member in club activities.
To vote only when necessary to break a tie
To appoint any person or committee not otherwise ordered by the Club.
To make all binding contracts for the Club, acquire equipment, supplies, etc. needed to operate the Club and be responsible for analyzing, developing and implementing the procedures required for the day to day operation of the association.
The President has the Executive veto power.
The Vice-President
To perform all the duties of the president in his/her absence.
To perform such other duties as may be assigned him at any time by the President.
To succeed to the office of President in case the office of the president is vacated.
The Secretary
To attend all Club meetings, keep a record of all club meetings and verbally present these minutes at each general meeting.
To keep an updated list of all Club members.
To send out notices of club events and regular or special meetings.
To handle all club correspondence.
To perform such other duties that generally falls to that office.
To act as spoke person for the President and the club with prior instructions from the President.
The Treasurer
To collect dues from all members.
To collect all other money due to the club.
To make all payments from club funds when so ordered by the club.
Keep an account of all club money matters.
Make a statement of the club funds when called upon by the club.
The Ride Director
To plan all Club rides, destination, runs, and other activities, etc.
To lead the Club in formation riding or parades.
To stimulate interest and participation in riding activities.
To enforce all rules of group riding.
To select assistants to aid in special tasks. (Spearhead, sweeper, marshall)
To ensure Club safety rules are discussed and enforced at each ride event.
To orient all new members or perspective members to the clubs riding procedures.
To provide input to the President on a prospective applicants riding habits, behavior, and fit for membership.
To keep accurate records of all official club rides.
