these days maraming pakalat-kalat na bad elements sa ating community so i would like to know some facts about having a licensed firearms in our homes

di po ba pag licensed ang firearm, legal ito gamitin for defense inside your homes?

also me narinig ako na pwede din daw dalhin sa sasakyan ang license firearm kahit wala permit to carry as long as sa loob lang car mo at di nakasukbit sa katawan mo? kasi di ba uso na rin ngayon ang forced taking of vehicles, so maganda rin siguro me pang self-defense sa loob ng vehicle?

Yes a basic gun license allows one to possess a firearm at one's home. If you want to bring your license from one place to another (i.e. in your car) you need a license to transport. The law requires that you place your gun in your trunk and the magazine clip and bullets in your glove compartment.

If you want to carry your firearm inside and outside your car, you need a permit to carry.....which is very hard to get these days.
