I've been reading threads on Zhongzhen's version of the Storm. Some people keep asking for pics so I figure I'll post some right here. Malabo ang pics kasi galing cellphone.

Darkwing, anong storm yung sayo? Zongshen o Motorstar? 150cc? Yung 150cc, nakakasagad ng 115kph, minsan lampas pa hanggang 120kph sa stretch. Restricted CDI mo?

Kainis nga tong kulay ko e, green! cguro laspagin ko muna tapos papa change color na ko, either red or black or red and black :D Pag na tyempuhan ko uli yun isang naka Zongshen dito sa min kunan ko ng pics scoot nya, ganda ng pagkagawa, sports bike ang dating!

Oo nga pala, kailangan ba natin ng cdi? di ba derestricted na un sa tin?

Monkeyking, not sure kung restricted ang CDI ng 125cc pero yung 150cc ng zongshen ay hindi na restricted. After break-in, pwede mo naman malaman kung may restriction yang CDI mo. I-center stand mo, rev mo hanggang umiyak makina, kung nag rev sya ng napaka taas, walang restriction yan, kung hindi ang overrev, that means may restriction. :)

Derestricted nga, na try ko kaninang hapon, ang ingay ng rev! :D

sorry pa phase out na ang storm 150 (motorstar) :{ . . however, zongshen still has it, ang kapareho naman nya ay ang t-8 150:D

la bang new t-8/storm owners???

Sir, I just got my T8 last saturday. Still in good condition yung makina lakas sobra ng hatak at maganda pagkaalaga nung previous owner. Honestly, I don't know anything about scoot lalo na sa engine, hopefully you guys can recommend a good mechanic na pwede kong pag tanungan dito sa QC para mapatingnan ko ng maigi. Alam ko lang based on my experience may mga kailangang palitan like yung shocks kasi tagas na yung sa likod at bushing sa swing arm kasi medyo maigay.

So far based dun sa conversation namin nung owner eto mga mods at changes na ginawa nya. The rest are stock na.

-new bando belt changed last nov 2006
-fully synthetic oil - changed last march 2006
-HID sa high beam side ng park lights. (disabled the big light)
-3 rollers is 13, while the other 3 is 8. Is this setup ok? so far ok naman takbo nakakasanayan ko na medyo maingay nga lang ng onti compared to the bigboys and new sharks na kakikita ko.

Ano po ba kailangan ko pang i check and how? Can i meet anyone of you guys (T8/Storm users) this weekend para you can visually see my ride and try it so you can provide me feedback? Saan pa po nakakabili ng parts ng T8/Storm natin? Salamats na marami po.
