Xado Ceramic-Metal engine treatment

Designed for restoring repair and wear protection of engine parts with working volume up to 1000 cc with combined and separate fuel and oil system. Applied to motor bikes, motor cycles, water and land technique (lawn mowers, chain saws, punchers, drills etc.). Ensures triple effect – repair, protection and savings.

restores cylinders, eliminates scratches and microcracks;
increases compression in cylinders;
protects friction parts from wear;
reduces fuel consumption;
increases engine power by up to 100
extends engine life span by 3 times;
reduces harmful emissions;
decreases noise and vibration.

Technical characteristics
General characteristics of the cermet layer:
Microhardness – 750 kg/mm2; high corrosion resistance; roughness Ra up to 0,06 mkm.

Treatment procedure for small engines:
with combined fuel and oil system

Squeeze out the content of one sachet into the full fuel tank (it is recommended first to dissolve the content of the sachet in the oil or fuel at temperatures above 20 deg C)
Start the engine and let it idle for no less than 2 min
Run as normal
When refilling the fuel tank repeat Step 1.
Repeat Step 2.

with separate fuel and oil system

Warm up the engine to the operating temperature
Squeeze out the content of one sachet into the filler of the oil tank
Start the engine and let it idle for no less than 2 min
Run as normal
Repeat Step 1 after 150-250 km (90-150 miles) run of a motorcycle or 4 hours of engine operation (equivalent of 120-150 miles run)
Repeat Step 1 after 150-250 km (90-150 miles) run of a motorcycle or 4 hours of engine operation (equivalent of 120-150 miles run)

Note!
The compound is equally effective for any two and four-cycle engines of any model.
The treatment is regarded to be completed after no less than 1500 km run or 20 hours of engine operation. It is not necessary to change oil in four-cycle engines before the treatment.
Double the dose if the volume of the engine is more than 1000 cc.
XADO revitalizant is compatible with any additives, dopes, metal conditioners, remetallizants etc. regardless of sequence of their application.
The protective cermet coating forms on the surface made of any alloys. If the surface wear is about 100the worn parts should be replaced.

-----------------------------------------

The Xado technology is applicable to all gasoline and diesel operated cars, SUVs, trucks, jeepneys and motorcycles with 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines. Whether the engine is brand new or used, Xado will work on it restoring it to it's perfect seat, remove the scratches of the cylinder wall and convert all friction surfaces to ceramic-metal. Ceramic metal is 10x harder and 30x smoother than steel and chrome cylinders.

This is the best solution to restore your worn out engine instead of bringing it to the repair shop and having the engine opened up, thus, incurring downtime.

It doesn't matter how bad or good we broke-in our engines. No matter how we did the break-in, Xado will fill the gaps and fix the unevenly worn out cyclinder walls and piston/rings of our engine.

Xado gives you results: (may vary from engine to engine)
- Higher engine compression
- Longer engine life span
- Smoother piston/rings/cylinder operation
- Less heat during operation
- Better torque and engine response
- Better fuel mileage
- Longer oil change intervals
- More reliable engine

Xado package for motorcycles up to 1000cc: P2000
Includes the following:
- 1 Vitaflush (engine flushing and metal revitalizant)
- 3 Xado Moto gel (engine restoration and ceramic metal conversion)
- Gas-saver crumbs (good for 30 liters of gasoline)
- Money-back guarantee (information will be privately sent upon request)

Xado package for gasoline/diesel operated cars/trucks/SUVs: (Depends on mileage)

Bosch FC2 dual-disc compact horns for your motorcycle
Made in Turkey

Powder-coated body
Sturdy yet flexible vibration-resistant brackets
Sealed-type
Compact design, ideal for concealed installations
Easy horizontal or vertical mounting
Extremely resistant to vibrations
High quality construction - Consistent performance
Dual-tone (High pitch and low pitch)
Smaller than common snail-type and disc-type horns
Consumes low power yet produces powerful sound

Available model: Bosch FC2 dual-disc horn

So far, these babies are the smallest (but still loud) aftermarket horns that I have come across with. It is so compact (please refer to the images) so it is very easy to fit to any motorcycle/scooter. If these twin discs will not fit your motorcycle, you can't use any other horn but the OEM ones only. These discs are also loud enough that you won't be looking for bigger horns anymore. Some owners even use it on their cars apart from their motorcycles. It's sound is like that of cars so PUBs and PUJS will mistake our motorcycles/scooters for 4-wheelers which will make it even more effective because of the attention it can get from them and other road users. As opposed to air-driven horns, these discs only require a small amount of energy to operate that it will not affect other accessories while you use them.

Bosch FC2 compact dual-disc horns

Kasya po sir. You can ask KenCreng21 about how he fitted his Bosch FC2 on his Mio Soul with HID ballast mounted at the front fairings. Matipid din po sa kuryente ang Bosch FC2 compared to snail type horns kaya hindi kukurap ang HID nyo if ever bumusina kayo. I can deliver orders at XiatGlazz's place.:)

Hindi talaga ako nagi-install sir except if pag kasabay ng HID. Pero sir, I already have countless R150 customers who bought Bosch FC2 horns. Bosch FC2 is one of the smallest aftermarket dual horns na malakas ang tunog at matipid sa battery.:)

Thanks for the info sir.

Price for single-beam HID kit is P2400. Price for high-low is P3300.
The abovementioned prices already include the installation (at Novaliches). A little additional fee pag home service po.
Super white is 8000 Kelvin. Meron po tayong stock nun palagi.
Yamaha Mio (kahit anong model) would not be a problem for HID installation.

Double-contact (for brakelight)

Yes sir, P2400 po ang HID with install. Ang Bosch FC2 naman, P700 and already includes the relay and relay holder.

Hehehe. So, P2400 + P600 + P50 na lang.:)

Meron po sir. HID and LED parklight for X1R, pwede po.

Honestly, hindi ko pa na-try ang ZX (as far as I remember). Pero sa dual headlight MCs, one bulb will be left stock and the other one will be changed to HID. Ang common setup for dual headlights is, stock bulb sa low function, HID naman sa high.

Regarding the color, avoid using bluish white, blue, violet and pink. These colors are nice to look at but it lessens road lighting.

Right now, pale yellow lang ang available kong single-beam bulb, aside from pink and bluish white.

You can use a high-low kit on your dual headlight pero hindi practical since dual headlights nga po ang motor nyo. Try natin today kung magkakaroon ng white.

So ano po ang kukunin nyo? Single po or high-low? White po ba?

--------------------------------

Single-beam HID: P2400
High-low HID: P3200

Single headlight setup:
- High-low: So that you can still have high/low functions. (Unlimited use)
- Single-beam: It's either the HID is on or off. No high/low functions. (Unlimited use)

Dual headlight setup:
- 1 single-beam: Stock light sa low, HID sa high. (Most practical and recommended, Unlimited use)
- 2 single-beams: HID 1 sa low, HID 2 sa high. (Unlimited use)
- 2 single-beams: HID 1 sa low, HIDs 1 & 2 sa high. (Limited use only)
- 1 high-low: HID low sa low, HID high and stock light sa high. (Limited use only)

Sir I have an old HonDA super four pb1 and I'm planning to have a high/low HID installed. My headlight's bulb is H4 but I would be installing it myself (DIY) becoz I am from Cagayan Valley. Madali lang ba itong ikabit? How much would it cost me including shipping?

Would XADO treatment also work on my bike? Its a 400cc bike sir. I just have it for 3 weeks now pero its already more than ten years old.

Thanks....
