we can put print on balaclava but you have to use the existing balaclava colors available. aditional 80 for the printing

about the size, we've had this standard size for the print of the bonet

its the actual bonet placed on standard size maniquin head, to give you an idea of how it looks on adult head.
the maniquin head is a tight fit to regular large size motorcycle helmet helmets.
sorry if you had a wrong presumption of the size, I hope you didn't have another skull bonet in mind because this is what we carry
Most customers didn't have a problem with size, but we are aware we can't please everyone.
I will suggest, should your cranium built require a bigger skull print, the one in wild hogs and biker boys might do for you, its a handkerchief acros the nose style and would cover almost from ear to ear across the front of the face. Its also used in the new video of rhianna and jayz. Available in online stores of cruiser apparel.

in any case as far as our production is concerned we use the same print pattern and size across the board,
changing the pattern would be costly,
so we use the same print pattern for the skull even for the diffent skull prints like titanium and red skul.

as far as the print rubbing off, please show us the product and will be glad to change it to new one. If you want we can wash it in front of you before you take it home so that you'll see that the print doesn't come off.

we've used the same technology for shirts of mad ass riders, raider junior club, new club r 150 shirts, symbros, club 1600, xphils, and lots of other riders and their still using it after several washes.

I am curious as to the other factors that could be involved
-bleach content of the soap
-washing machine/dryer
-iron press direct o rubber print

in any case like i mentioned just bring it here so we can check it out replace and try to determine what might have caused the anomaly.
