OKG bicycle helmet only, in my case. IMHO, you can't go wrong with OGK (even for motorcycles), it's a good brand.

i have an OGK ff-4 for 3 years now, though i haven't used it for sometimes 'coz i grew my hair and it's a little tight right now. hehe. it has a really nice build quality, comfortable, and fairly quiet. mine is a US version, so it's a little heavier than the japanese/european version.. the newer ff-5 is suppose to be even better but it's also pretty expensive...so you can't go wrong with an OGK helmet. also, it's pretty unique since there are not many around... :)
