View Full Version : How do you clean your helmets?

Dudes,

How do you clean the inner part of your helmets. After a few rides they stink :eek: , I wash it with regular detergents and disinfectants evry so often. But a lot of times I just let the natural magic of sunlight do it for me or the ever reliable electric fan to get rid of the smell or at least some of it.

But I just know there has to be a better way.

welcome to the forum...

i use a baking soda solution...

do not use sunlight to dry your helmet! use an electric fan to air dry it.

I agree on the drying part. I wash mine with baby shampoo.
