i want to loose weight! help me.. anu ba gagawin ko? nestle fit? fit n right?xenical?


i want to loose weight, today iam 170lbs..
my target is 150lbs..

anu ba mabisa? share naman kayu/

anu effective na gamot?

xenical?
fitrum?

nestle fit?
fit n right?
etc...

nag jojogging po ako mga 3-4x per week

nag jojogging po ako mga 3-4x per week

try mo mag-gym tol.. at least 2 hrs/day every other day.. convert yer fats into maskels :clap:

nothing is instant. even "instant noodles" (kelangan pa magpainit ng tubig therefore it's not instant haha)

bawas ng kanin. kung dati eh 2 rice per meal, make it 1 rice per meal. limit to 3 regular meals a day. iwasan ang softdrinks, fatty at maalat na pagkain. regular excercise kahit sit-ups, push-ups and jogging lang, malaking bagay na basta done on a regular basis. di mo na kailangan mag take ng kung anu-anong gamot para lang pumayat. disiplina at determinasyon lang kailangan mo.

Vary your meals, baka nasasanay na katawan niyo sa eating habit niyo kaya di na kayo naglo-lose ng weight, bumababa metabolism natin pag ganun... Tapos sundin niyo po lahat ng sinabe nila:)

dati meron ako binibili na slimming coffee...
in one week kita mo na pagbabago sau...

kaso eto masakit jan..
wala ka ng panlasa sa kahit anung food ihain sau...

even chocolates di mu na magugustuhan ang lasa...
lahat panlasa mo mapait...

grabe pinayat ko nun...
hays...

nag 100 ako from 120...

hoy bakla .. san nabibili yung kape, saan at magkano... i PM mo saken.. susubukan ko..

nagda diet ka rin :)
its effective ha...sabayan na rin ng gym or aero para walang loose skin
kundi pa kaya ng wala talagang rice bawasan ang rice everyday lets say today 1 cup rice tomorrow half cup., after tmorow 3/4 cup hanggang sa masanay na system mo na wala ng rice dahan dahan ang diet masamang biglaan.. baka mag collapse ka.

green tea pala it helps to loose weight din after eating... drink a cup of green tea :)

ingat din sa pag diet...mag diet ng healthy. nangyari kasi sakin dati, sobrang diet hanggang umabot sa punto na 1 tuna sandwich a day lang kinakain ko tapos the rest panay tubig na. malaki nga pinayat ko pero bagsak naman immunity at katawan ko. dahan dahan lang sa diet pero make sure your body is still nourished.

kasi pati pandesal di ko na nagustuhang kainin...
mapait na panlasa ko....

ex ko naman simula gumamit ng c-lium unti unti na din namayat..
yung tyan nya na dati daig pa sa ilang buwan preggy say mo ngaun muscle nalang kulang mala pandesal na dating...
over be pagkawento ko...

pero ex ko promise laki changes nya...
natuwa naman daw ako... :D

mahilig kasi ako sa kape sa umaga.. ang taba ko kasi ngaun.. nag start na din ako mag dieta ngaun.. bawas kanin muna.. hehehehe.. itext mo kaya saken yung name.. heller.... isang text lang naman monday pa uwi ko s manila..

i dont believe in losing weight gamit ang gamot.. unless gamot yan para mawalan ka ng ganang kumain..
which is dangerous diba?
and why supress yourself sa joys ng pagkain? it is da next best fun we can have wid out actually laughing...

i go for the old adage: NO PAIN , NO GAIN...
exercise and good diet is da onli answer por me...

calorie counter... medyo nakakaines pero if you watch what you eat you will notice that mababawasan ang timbang mo... alamin mo ang calorie na dapat lang sayo in a day, and if sumobra ka, be sure to burn it agad....
