Just want to get your opion. Nakabili kasi ako ng GDR Helmet sa may Handy Man Robinson worth 2k. Tinanong kong maigi ung mga saleman kong Orig ba un, and orig naman daw made in Thailand. Pero di ko sya masyado nabusisi, pagdating ko na lang sa bahay, may design sya sa taas na parang natatangal. Parang nagsisis tuloy ako. Pinagbibilian ko kasi Index sa SM (Chris) kaso walang XL. kaya panunta ako sa Robinson at nabili tuloy ung GDR. Wala pa naman akong alam sa mga brand na maganda pagdating sa Helmet. Palagay nyo matabay ba ung GDR? Medyo mabigat nga e, sign daw un na orig ung helmet. Thanks.

walang dudang peke nabili mo sir, kahit dito sa angeles may nagbebenta ng GDR! refund mo na lang pera mo sir, kung ayaw, sabihin mo susulat ka sa DTI para makasigurado ka na orig mga binebenta nila, baka kala nila madali maloko mga tao, takutan lang yan!

of the environment or surroundings, induces the consumer to enter into a sales or lease transaction
Grossly inimical to the interests of the consumer or gross one-sided in favor of the producer,
manufacturer, distributor, supplier or seller.
In determining whether an act or practice is unfair and unconscionable, the following circumstances shall
be considered:
a) that the producer, manufacturer, distributor, supplier or seller took advantage of the inability
of the consumer to reasonable protect his interest because of his inability to understand the
language of an agreement, or similar factors;
b) that when the consumer transaction was entered into, the price grossly exceeded the price at
which similar products or services were readily obtainable in similar transaction by like
consumers;
c) that when the consumer transaction was entered into, the consumer was unable to receive a
substantial benefit from the subject of the transaction;
d) that when the consumer transaction was entered into, the seller or supplier was aware that
there was no reasonable probability or payment of the obligation in full by the consumer.
e) that the transaction that the seller or supplier induced the consumer to enter into was
excessively one-sided in favor of the seller or supplier.

Sir fake po yan hindi lahat ng mabigat orig may orig din pero magaan naman. may nakita din ako nyan sa isang stall sa SM sanlazaro binebenta nila ng P1800 samantalang sa Pier nasa 850-900 lang yan. Panloloko yan sa tingin ko halos doble ang price nya. Ung una kong modular helmet nabili ko sa Pier ng P820 Nov2007 yon 1 beses ko lang nagamit sa ride ng SBR round12 mabigat talaga and mabilis lumuwag ung modular kaya binenta ko na lang.

baka mahirapan kayong irefund kung wala naman defect ung item pero kung change item pwede yan sir karamihan kasi 7 days ang return/exchange policy.
