sir minsan magkaiba po ang mga sizes ng mga helmets. for example, nagbuy ako ng zeus medium, tapos buy ako ng spyder large naman ang fit sa akin. the better is to measure your head in cm or inches para sure. or the best sana is to try it talaga kung fit.

Unfortunately, helmets ay isang bagay na dapat isukat muna bago bilhin...
kahit parehong size ang iba ang sukat sa ibang brand....

to make matters worse.. different brands has different fit...

my advise is to look for the exact model/brand you want and try it on bago ka mag pabili sa uncle mo

kuha ka ng mas maliit na size, share ko lang, sa zeus, caberg at agv medium size ako pero pagdating sa shark fit lang sakin yun large... pero much better if fit mo muna... or hanap ka ng sample helmet...

the best way.... try one on and keep it on for few minutes before you buy it
