For Arai visit Kartplaza, they are the distributor in the Philippines. They are located in Makati City. Check the directory if you want to get their number.

For Shoei visit Remcor. They are located in Calookan City (10th Avenue).

if you have relatives sa US they will tell you that arai is higher priced than shoei helmets. Price ranges from 200 to 700 USD. :)

The reason for that is, arai was given like 5 or 6 consecutive award by JD Power Associates being the best helmet in mc industry. It's the features that you pay for in arai just like the sales person in the mc shop told me. He is right comparing arai with other helmets in mc stores. :O

The bottom line in helmet are, as long as they have DOT and SNELL approval.
