Shoei is expensive, but it is an excellent helmet. how much do they usually cost in the philippines? i have a X-11 and that cost me around $500 easy...

From what I know, cheapest shoei you can get is worth 8000...

Shoei is expensive. 1.8K for a new genuine Shoei? It can only be fake. A Shoei Hornet DS in Caloocan Sales sells for 21.5K.

ZEUS is a reliable brand. It is cheap and almost fits your budget. I think a 508W modular would set you back 3.5K. Check out the Spyder too. The price is similar to the ZEUS.

i'd advise you to take a lower end known brand, kesa fake..

@ sir suzuki love... X-11 at US$500 is a bargain at that price... considering na ang average Shoei TZR, "lowest end" Shoei range, go for US$500, easy..

it was just an estimate, i just checked and the yeah it is way more than that, especially with the collin edwards replica. Shoei is ok, i like Arai wayyy better though

Yes Sir the cheapest Shoei is about US $ 300 plain color and I have not seen a modular helmet(not safe kaya walang gumagamit sa racing and WRC) made by Shoei correct me if there is.

hayyyyyyyyyyyyyy helemet. Kung meron ka football helmet tapos may oakley ka na shades ok na yun. hahahahaha:banana: pero seriously, kailangan talaga yung meets the standards. Yung tipong kahit magulungan ka ng 18 wheeler na mahilig tumutok sa mga nakamotor na akala mo may magagawa pag naaksidente sila na wala namang ibang masasabi kundi sorry tapos kakamot sa ulo dahil naghahanapbuhay lang sila at nagkataong nandoon ka sa dinadaanan nya kaya ka nasagasaan...... anyway.... you only need protection para sa mga worst case events gaya ng crashes. any brand as long as its DOT compliant pwede. It is always advisable to keep safe when riding a bike. Dapat matuto ka mag anticipate ng road behavior be it a pedestrian or 32wheeled trucks. Matibay nga helmet mo magugulungan ka naman sa katawan, whats the use?! So, yung old advice sa MCP, ride like no one is seeing you... that will keep you safe...:* and for the helmet, it's more of a status symbol than of a safety gear nowadays.......get one that meets DOT standards and get one that you like because you will be the one wearing it....

Bro if you have the money, go for SHOEI, tried and tested na yan, their helmets are considered by many as the best in the market.

Other helmets can prevent the chance of crushing your flesh during high impact but there is still a big chance that you may accumulate internal hemorrhage which is extremely fatal.

Their helmets can greatly reduce the chance of a rider accumulating internal hemorrhage during a really bad crash.

On the other hand, if you are tight in budget you can still go for ZEUS, DOT approved naman yan and will still be of great help in case maaksidente ka. Just make sure you buy the original helmet kasi maraming nagkalat na fake ngayon.

One more thing, 2k SHOEI helmet is waaaaayy too cheap!!! Baka fake yan bro!

yes that is fake,,actually if you buy a shoei helmet surplus it cost 5k-10k ..for 2k price im not sure if its orig..that is fake.

there is a saying if your head is worth for 800 hundred pesos,then buy a 800 pesos helmet. but if your head worth 8000 pesos,then buy a 8000 pesos helmet! cheers mga bro.
