The equivalent establishments are just as easy to find abroad.

Hello, you can check the Motoworld stores. We have helmets up to 3XL, jackets up to 4XL, and gloves up to XXL

Obviously, you are in the upper end of the size scale indeed, sir. I checked the available sizes of the line of BMW helmets and even they average only up to size 63/64. Only the System 5 variant seems to have a size 64/65 as maximum, making your range of choices even the more limited.
