alam namin natin na wearing helmet will protect our head and wearing protective clothing will protect our body in case of an accident..

pero tanong ko lang, which one protects our neck...

in car racing, they are using something on there neck, hindi ko alam ang correct term don....

just my 1 centavosss.

Hey Suansing, don't tell us/me na balak mo na rin magpatupad ng SEATBELT sa motor:crazy:

sabi nga mga Pro-AO dito, "its for your own safety kaya dapat bulag na sumunod kayo dito..."

if LTO want's the public to be safe on the ROAD. eh dapat ayusin nila muna kalsada, mga open manholes, lubak and other road hazards.

tapos yong dinaanan nya eh, may malalim na lubak or open manhole, di syempre semplang sya.

rider knows best!

hindi natin 'to na-encounter when Col.Beroya was still LTO chief..rider kasi sya..and siguro, we can voice out easily our sentiments kung meron man..

sometime i have to disagree sa rider's knows best
(no offense bros)
there is no such thing as too much protection....tell that to somebody who took a slide at 100kmh..
no, i dont think sa Pinas this applies, sori...

yes riding a bike has its disadvantages, compared to a 4 wheel vehicle..
walng 6 speaker sytem, walang dash board dvd...

surely all of those discomforts is more than made up sa fun of riding..
otherwise why ride at all.. (economic reasons suppose)

moan of the engine and wind on my face is more than enough, i ride rain or shine... (wak lang bagyo :D)

my opinion lang po.. no offense intended sa sinuman..
OT na ba ako?

But if I am to choose between two evils, I would rather side with the riders since sila yung mas may experience s pag momotor kesa yung mga taga LTO na hindi naman nag momotor talaga. "Riders know better than LTO..." I assume.

aahhh, now i see what you mean...
oki doki... then again surely meron ding LTO (somewhere in da Phil) na responsible rider.. but that is beside the point

thanks sir for clarifying..
i hope you see my point as well..

Or maybe, dapat may collaboration ang LTO at ang MCPF when laying out these kind of rules at dapat hindi sya against sa existing laws e.g. human rights etc.

ok lang sir d'virus, kaya nga po tayo may forum like this, kanya-kanyang opinyon lang po 'yan. and I respect your opinion.:)

Some LTO Staff use motorcycle everyday...
