Hi Ryan.
Bought my Komine Jacket (Model 310??) from your shop sometime in May of this year. Just wanted to know if it's covered by a warranty (or replacement?). The front zipper doesn't work now. I used it yesterday but without the jacket being zipped, it flip-flapped with the wind and looked like an ordinary jacket. :( :( Can't say if it could still protect me.... :( :( :(
Would appreciate your quick and favorable response....thanks.

dude i do have the same problem with my komine jacket, it's just that i give it a shot na mapa repair agad sa tailoring shop. it's the same zipper that they used in any komine jacket. talagang madali masira kasi it some sort of a plastic kind of zipper eh.

Have you had it for a time now? Mas maganda pa pala yung mga local na jacket??? :) :) Wala nga lang protector.... and of course, walang branding... :C Kung walang warranty (or replacement), wala ako ibang choice kundi patahi na lang...... :( :( :( Balitaan na lang kita....

Hmm...I have some JK-310 extra zippers supplied by Komine so check nalang naten if may same size.
Although there's no warranty for the JK-310 (as I'm giving it at very discounted prices already), if may same size, I can give to you for free while I still have stocks of the spare zipper.
Sorry if you were trying to call cuz down phone line namen right now. But pls try to reach us like through mobile , email, or kahit pm nalang for anything like this cuz I dont log on very often. Someone from MCP just told me about the post that's why I could reply fast like this.
Thanks!!! :)

advice:
be sure to slide the "other side of the zip" all the way to the bottom of the slit before zipping it up... pag kasi hindi pantay tapos zinip up mo, dun nasisira yung zipper mechanism...
