Buying online in the U.S has its plus & minus :

Advantage:

1.Prices are usually lower compare to a regular store.

2.Wider selection.

3.Sales Tax = sometimes they have special deal's that there's no sales tax.


Disadvatage:

1.Shipping = Depends on weight and the location where the item was coming from.

2.Sales Tax = Depends on what State the online store is located.

3.Fitment = this is the usual complain among online buyers.

4.Return Policy = depends on the online store.

5.Damage = you dont see if theres a little damage or missing parts on the item.



Suggestions :

A.Get the correct measurement on your forehead before your brother buys you a helmet.

B.If your brother will buy high ends helmet such as Arai,Shoei,AGV,Suomy,Nolan etc.etc its better to buy it here in the U.S, but if your brother will buy ordinary helmets like KBC or HJC its better to buy it in the Philippines. Why ?

Because there's not that much difference on the price.At least diyan sa Pilipinas puede kang mag fitting.

If your brother can afford to buy high ends, & hes very generous ,:banana:my suggestion for helmets is Arai RX 7 Corsair helmet or Shoei X 11.

Masarap mag-suot ng helmet na kokonti lang ang meron,pero lalong masarap pag bigay lang ni utol,:O,you know what i mean.:C

Sir geemax thank you for the detailed response. I am also limiting the helmets to arai, shoei, agv, shark or suomy. Kahit hindi naman yung top end mas ok nga sana kung konti or wala dito.fitment nga lang problem. nagsukat ako before ng komine XXXL kumasya samantalang L lang ako talaga. sa helmet naman try ko na magfit dito. kahit na same model and design dito baka mas mura naman sa US. meron ka masusuggest na site sir?
