i think the authorities should be stricter on wearing of safety gears(helmets,etc...)reckless drivers/drunk drivers(that goes to all bearing a drivers license),
better roads(puchang lubak na yan!ayusin nyo!),road signs!
to riders naman:wag nyo naman tangalin mga side mirrors nyo,mga signal light @ break light nyo ayusin nyo naman....yung expire na rehistro/wlang rehistro...n wla o sira ang plate number...kumuha na kayo please...
