Sorry for the ignorant question but does anyone know where in Metro Manila I can buy "MOTOSPRAY"?
It's an Antibacterial Spray that deodorizes and disinfects motorcycle gear (like helmets, gloves, racing apparel).

I only saw this image somewhere on the net (local pinoy site, I think). And I figured it would be pretty important to have something like this to disinfect my helmet and other stuff after every ride.

may ahenteng nag alok sa akin nyan dati. I didn't think it was worth it kasi I would rather remove my gloves and the pads of my helmet and throw them into the washing machine than just spraying some disinfectant onto the smelly gloves or helmet and reusing them.
try mo pm si overdose. he might know where you can find this product in metro manila.

I bought one today sa ducati store sa cubao. Ginamit ko na andf pinatutyo pa. Not yet sure if it's legit or not. I'll post my feedback later.

keep us updated sir, i'm also interested with this but afraid that it will dry up leather gloves.

I saw on their Ads at Inside Racing Magazine that it's available at Toby's but i'm not really sure if all Toby's outlet do sell Motospray. And it's also available at Motoworld.

FYI guys. P100 lang ang bili ko dito...

nakabili ko sa cyclone 10th ave ng motospray. 100 petot lang.
mejo amoy paksiw na kasi yung helmet kong pangharabas kaya sabi ko bago ko labhan subukan ko muna to. inisprayan ko generously yung buong loob para walang dahilan na kakaunti lang ang linagay, nawala naman yung amoy instantly, galing nga e. pero ilang gamit lang (bagong ligo) mejo bumabalik yung amoy. tingin ko dahil di ko nga muna linabhan diba nung ginamitan ko ng motospray. e may katindihan na yung kapaksiwan nung helmet. siguro kung very very minimal odor lang pede direcho na motospray, pero kung matagal tagal ng walang labahan yung loob, labhan muna tapos joy anti-bac at ibilad sa araw. pang maintain na lang yung motospray.

Ok guys hindi ko nislabahan ang helmet pero ginamitan ko ng spray hindi na sya amoy pepe. Highly recomended. I will find other ways to improve the use of the product and I will post my output here.

I guess nothing beats washing it with soap and water, pag spray lang kasi odor and a few bacteria siguro natatanggal. Pero yung mga libag, balakubak, pawis na natuyo, gel, pamada, puti ng itlog..etc nakadikit pa rin dun sa fabric. Parang marumi yung kamay mo tapos lalagyan mo lang nung sanitizer or alcogel, patay nga mikrobyo pero yung mga dumi nandun pa.

imho better pa din labhan sa ariel then antibac tapos banlaw at ibilad sa araw.. pang maintain lang for me ang motospray. ngayon kasi balik sa dati amoy ng helmet ko, mainit kanina. labhan ko bukas

Tama kayo mga kapatid. Pero hindi naman sinasabi ng motospray na wag na kayo mag laba. Pang patagal lang ng duration between washing our gear. Alalahanin nyo, ang detergent kinakain ng dahan dahan ang foam ng helmets natin. the lesser you wash your helmets the longer its life span :)
Tsaka ayon sa may ari ng motospray (na nakausap ko nung nasa megamall show sila) hindi naman daw habol ng motospray na wag na kayo mag laba ng mga gear natin. kung dati kada buwan tayo naglalaba, pag gamit ang motospray pwedeng every 3 months na lang :clap: Unang motospray ko nabili ko sa boomland, simula nun gumagamit na ko nito regularly. So far so good naman. Para sa akin, kung hygiene lang ang paguusapan, malaking tulong tong motospray. iniisip ko na lang na parang deodorant ito ng gear ko. Balitaan ko kayo mga pre for any positive or negative experience na makuha ko sa pag gamit nito :cheers:

Rethal, sa mga Toby's outlet nag bebenta na daw ng Motospray. Pati sa ibang mga Ministop outlets. tsaka madami na rin akong nakitang tindahan na nagbebenta nito sa caloocan. :cheers:

i used motospray kanina sa helmet ko ok naman nawala yun amoy.

2 months ko na kasi ginagamit helmet ko puro yun cheek pads lang nalalabhan ko regularly.

Share ko lang po. After spraying let the fabric and foam absorb the substance first. Don't wear your helmet seconds after you spray it. Normally nagspray ako twice a week sa gabi in preparation sa ride on the next day. So far, ok naman po ito. RideSafe!

na-try ko na rin itong motospray, masasabi ko ay effective nga.

ito ginagawa ko, after ng ride: spray ko loob ng helmet, gloves, sapatos, jacket, back protector at knee protectors para ok amoy para sa next ride.:banana:

Para sa akin po effective talaga. Nadaan ko na rin po yang ganyang situwasyon. Natanggal ng motospray ang amoy.
Matagal ko na syang gamit and so far so good pa rin.
