If talagang gipit sa money but would like a certified safe helmet then go for Zeus805 (P1800 lang ang price).

If Tipid mode but would like a very well known Brand in most part of the Globe, at comfort of course, then go for HJC (or similar like AGV, Caberg, Spyder, etc...)..:clap::clap:

at first glance, this helmet gave me the impression of darth vader. looks mean. nice helmet..

going to the topic, lots of helmets which are very good out there... but u cant go wrong with the best brands like shoei, arai, etc.

Arai, Shoei, AGV overpriced but gives you the best protection!

I like the Motard (sort of like that) type Helmets, that is why I was suppose to buy recently Zeus 2100B, kaso bigla ko nakita yung CL15 sa store...hehehe...

for me.. get a snell certified. siguradong matibay yan. dahil pang race track yan. if you have a money for hjc... i'll better get a shark helmet. the price isn't that big.

in one of the issues of Motorcycling Magazine...a DOT-approved helmet passed a particular test better than a Snell-approved helmet.

though it's true that Snell aprroved helmets are approved for race track use....the situation on the streets may not be the same....

just my two cents....

Primarily, its a road helmet...being used on motard bikes..or road legal atv's. You can use it off road...provided you remove the visor...and use goggles.

The tour X arai is a 3 way convertible lid.you can remove the peak to look like a road lid, remove the visor and use it off road or a just being a motard lid.

Cost me £300 not including the iridium visor (which cost about P6,000)

This is the lid used in Long way round and Long way down movie

If you want a cheaper motard lid, meron HJC,Airoh,Shoei

no problem at all dude. i had a shark helmet which is both DOT and SNELL certified. :) so... i think this would answer the question, thinking between 2 certification ;)
