I sometimes visit my friend MANOK in his cellophone store.
Fronting his store is a two way road, on the side, a sign says NO PARKING. I do park my scooter infront of his store. Four wheeler vehicles are parked on the side too, these policemen starts to capture plate numbers of the vehicles illegally parked.
When i see them confiscating the plates, i started my scooter and try to get out of the no parking zone, but then, this police officer approached me said its ok to park on the side since I am not really afffecting the traffic since i parked my scooter on the side as close to the road gutter as possible. Should I really be feeling cool about this and enjoy the luzury of it? Or Should i really follow the NO PARKING ZONE? ..... :D

Sabagay tama ka Brian A., pero hindi ko maipasok sa sidewalk since mga sidewalks dito sa Baguio, may harang na, may bakod at walang pagaakyatan. Tapos lowered pa yun skut ko kaya mahirap i-akyat at sasayad yung silong. Nagmula noon (last week lang yun), hindi ko na park dun, pina-park ko na sa harap ng police staion, may bakante kasi na park area nila dun, layo nga lang...... 150meters from my friend's store. :D

Nakikita lang siguro ako dun halos araw araw kaya pinagbigyan na. :D

But i've seen motorcycles parked infront or blocking the ramp for disabled people or on wheelchair, yan ang hinding hindi ko gagawin. May sign na ngang no parking dahil daanan ng disabled, park pa rin nila..... tsk tsk tsk .... those riders really need some spanking. :D Some motorcycle riders park it so long that a disabled person just shakes its head coz of no way to pass ramp his wheelchair. Some police officers just ignores it.
