hey guys! what are the affordable half face helmets with visor available in the market today??? around the 2K bracket???

i see these helmets to be ideal for daily use in the metro!

so far these are the ones i saw.....

1. HJC cl22 - cost 2k
2. the ZEUS model - costs almost the same as that of the HJC
3. the new INDEX model - 1.9k!

if i were to choose the brand HJC wins! however.. what are your inputs with these helmets????

also any other suggestions which other brands and models would you recommend????

go for hjc,

if you are take a look at the cl 33 na din or the fg23 the cl22 looks flimsy to me.
the cl33 naman has a larger shield than the fg23, mas mahal lang ng konti but in my opinion is the superior helmet from the other 2.

thanks for the tip bims! yeah nakita rin nga yung cl33 mas maganda! costs 1k more than the cl22 ata..... hmmm esep esep :O

me nakita din ako MHR hemets... looks good! tinted visors pa! kaso i was'nt satified with the interior..... pero 750 lang! :)

also the APV brand! akala ko AGV sa malayo! hawig sa logo! :O costs 550 lang!

pero syempre better stick to well known brands with the DOT certification! :banana:

and this is the zeus helmet, the 506w.... good thing about this is the vent!

any 506w owners out there??? care to share inputs about your helmet??? :)

teng, if i remember correctly ung sa esmi ko 506w un, ok naman daw medyo magaan compared sa helmet ko :D

may possibility na makita mo un na gamit nya sa saturday...til then

elaz...ganda ng mga pics kakaenganyo bumili ng isa pa for my everyday use especially ung AGV Planet model...
kaya lang tulad ng cnb mo "if u are not in a tight budget" :( malabo ito for me...anyways sir v22 good luck sa paghahanap

tumpak! maganda talaga yang planet! pero it coct too much for a daily city helemt..... gusto ko yung practical lang, kahit iwanan mo sa helmet lock ng bike pero yung comfrtable ka naman suotin! :O

chris jo, yep target ko din yung cl22 pero dami negative feedbacks lately e..... esep espe pa din, price is tempting!

lex! oo ba kung napakamura ba e! lam mo naman ako di ba! :O

Nothing beats a full face when it comes to safety, pero for city rides, i think the cl22 is the best for the price and porma.

Just my 2 cents.

teng, PM mo naman ako regarding sa feedback about sa CL22 type ko kasi as an alternative sa helmet ko para may idea lang ako...tnx

wag na natin PM PM pa... :O madali daw masira ang clip ng visors, effect palagi na nakabagsaka visor, wont stay up anymore..... cost ng visor 750 ata....

hmmmm lets see what mama reekee has to say about it... matagal na din ang cl22 nya eh....

Sir v22, were can you buy these helmets particulatly the cl22 and cl33? Have you seen a flat black clor for this type of helmet?

hmmm...dapat ngang mag esep esep muna, teka mas mahal pa ang visor ng CL22 kesa sa Zeus...600 smoke visor na :eek:hmmm talaga ito...

ako ang boto ko yung HJC, CL-22 if that's what you like. me i like my FG-23, medyo slim kasi siya compared to CL-22. kahit ano, basta HJC.

kung mas may budget eh di go ka na with AGV (yun nga ang next project ko for a full face, pag may uuwi from the States, mura lang kasi sa ebay eh).

yung Zeus, ilang beses ko na ring tiningnan, di talaga abot sa quality ng HJC.

just my very biased opinion :rolleyes:

mga BOSSING talagang proven na ang HJC helmets, ang lamang lang ng kunte ng Zeus helmets ay paminsan minsan kumpleto ang kulay at sukat pati visors meron din at madame pang iba,,,bumisita lang sa maliit na tindahan ni Sir RYAN (ACTION HOBBIES)...for the prize ok na rin yung sa ZEUS

teng, ok din 506w, meron ako nyan... kaso hindi ko pa nagagamit masyado...

cl-22, alam mo naman storya ng akin... text moko baka shoot sayo... mura.. may konting scratches... flat black,, sprayan mo na lang :)

I Have a 506w, its a really nice helmet. Snugs the head comfotably, very good design, and the air vents are very helpful especially during hot weather.

Off course okay ang CL22 mag 2 years na CL22 ko and everyday use....ang papalitan ko lang visor....Makapal ang interior lining nya....so sulit ang 1,800 ko :banana:
