this morning after riding for almost two hours under a heavy downpour, i was really surprised to find myself completely dry after i removed my phoenix 3 dry tech liner jacket which i wear before going out in the rain, but i was soaked to the bone from my waist down to my shoes.
i want to know from you guys if there is an available riding pants using the same or similar material as the dry tech.

from the Joe Rocket line of pants wala. what they have are the ff: Mesh, Cordura and Leather. the material of the Drytech liner is what they call Reissa. Its completely waterproof but it doesnt stick to your skin when completely soaked unlike your normal "kapote" style of rain gear. dami ko din clients na natutuwa sa performance ng Drytech Liner. It may be expensive for a raingear considering na half body lang but it really performs well and it extends the use of the mesh jacket. rain or shine pwede na gamitin.

Have you heard of MOTOBOSS rain gears? They're good quality.

The Joe Rocket Ballistic Pants which can be worn over maong or your other ordinary pants is waterproof. It can be zipped on to your jacket too.

Or dry this: http://www.joerocket.com/catalog/item.cfm?products_id=159 Joe Rocket Revolution.
Two-way zipper from ankle to almost your hip for easy ingress and egress. You can open zippers if rain is not pouring for ventilation.
