hello fellow riders!
mga sir ask ko lang what proper gears should we wear if we are riding on bigbikes.
as of now I'm using elbow, knee and shin guards, protective gloves and ofcourse helmet. Ano pa ba dapat? should I have a jacket with pads as well? or a back, neck and boots also?
ano ba sa palagay nyo po? I just want to protect myself and be at the safe side while I enjoy my biking.
thanks a lot!

Yung mga naka bigbikes kong nakikita kadalasan pag may long rides sila ay naka leather jacket, gloves and pants with matching racing boots saka certified helmet.
But you can start with a good helmet. tapos unti-unti ka na lang bumili ng iba pa.

Big Bike, Small Bike...Long Rides, Short Rides...We should all wear the same type of gear. But, in order of priority, here's what I should suggest:
1) Helmet (D.O.T. and Snell Certified)
2) Leather Gloves (we tend to use our hands to stop sliding if we go down)
3) Jacket with C.E. Armour in Elbows, Shoulders, and Back
4) Boots (riding specific ones with ankle, shin, and heel protection)
5) Riding Pants with Hip and Knee Protection.
I do admit, what type of riding I will do will determine what I wear. If I'm canyon carving, it's the 1-pc or 2-pc leather suit. Bike night or taking it easy, I'll wear riding jeans instead of the leather pants.
Great to hear that you have a great attitude about riding and considering the right gear.
