depends on the person's preference...
have tried most of the knee/shin protectors in the market.

axo for me. sarap sa legs. built for med-built legs. pag malaki yung legs mo, mag pole position advanced ka na lang. :D pag medyo maliit kang tao, try the scoyco k07.

kahit anong protector is good, try the ones with pivot joints for comfort.

Ako maliit kaya I'm using Komine knee/shin protector! Planning to buy another pair para may kapalitan pero wala pa rin ako napili na same size sana ng Komine.

correct ito. pero parang mas nagagandahan ako sa scoyco K07, ganda ng pagkaka gawa saka may pivot.

I'm using a Fox Knee/Shin guard and I have proven it's performance in an incident but my dillema is that I cannot wear riding boots with it, I can't close the shoes properly and securely.

Common complaint of some riding buddies with the "pivotted" models that they are using is that the metal hinges usually hits the tank part of the bikes when riding therefore damaging the paint. :o

Any better alternatives?:?
