hi guys, don't know kung tama tung lugar ko to post this, i hope the moderator can forgive me, but here goes.

i have a kymco movie 125cc scooter that i bought second hand sa isang shop malapit sa bambang, problem is when i bought it wala nga lang rehistro, although binigyan nila ako ng zerox nung CP nya.

when i tried inquiring for the original CP sa customs, d na sya makita. although there was a documentation of the scooters being transferred, so somewhere in between, dun cguro nawala.

i have some questions tungkol dun sana,

1. is it possible for me register my scooter kahit ganun ang problem, i asked the shop about it and they said na pwd un kahit zerox ang bigay ko.

2. i heard that scooter registrations sa LTO was suspended hanggang ngayon since last year pa un ha, has the suspension been lifted na ba? meron bang nakakakilala sa LTO dito to verify nga kc right now, we just heard it dito sa LTO tayuman.

3. and more importantly, does anybody have any idea how much will this cost me? wala kasi akong idea sa cost e.

Please if anybody can help me, i would really appreciate it. Mag iisang taon na kasi ung scooter ko na d ko mailabas sa public road for fear na bka masita and hulihin ako, before i just attached a "for registration" na sign so i can take it out, kaso, bka pag sinita ako at ipakita ko ung zerox CP ko, bka hulihin ako, or worst delihensyahan ng malaki since ang nakalagay sa CP was June 2002 pa dumating sa customs, while i bought it noong september 2002.

I think the voluntary payment will be open again on the 15th of June at LTO main. I'm noy really sure.

ey dude!!!! ako kakaparegister ko plang ng scoots ko! voluntary payment! sakin nga wala lahat eh! it all cost me 8K! medyo na pamahal ng konti! pero up2 now la pa kong plate no. kc la pa daw lumalabas sa LTO eh!

i just went to LTO main(diliman) den nag dala lng ako ng stencils and pic! btw may kilala akong fixer! PM mo nlng ako if ur intrested!

am currently in the process of trying to get my scooter registered na. i'm supposed to come back sa LTO diliman tomorrow pra makuha yung verification nung CP ko. Hopefully, wla sanang problema. If that happens, diretso na ko sa PNP for clearance then registration na.

Kung mag kakaproblema, i'll keep you posted, as well as PM you for the fixer's number.

hindi ninyo na kailangan ang fixers dyan... deretsuhin ninyo na kung sino ang makakausap mo sa LTO. pera lang ang hanap ng mga yan. pag sa fixers mapapamahal pa kayo.
