for short trips... antipolo ..tagaytay.. knee pads/shin guards/elbow pads will do... of course helmet and gloves...

medyo mahal na budget:

helmet - 4k
knee/elbow/shinn - 3k
gloves (komine or others) - 1.5k-2k

medyo tipid:

helmet - 1.5k-2k
scoyco knee/shinn/elbow - 1.2-1.5k
gloves - 500-750 pesoses...

Shinn is the part of the your legs between your ankle and your knee. Shinn guard protects your shinn from being badly injured like a helmet for your head. Jackets such as textile, mesh mostly incorporate, back, elbows, forearms, shoulders. It's better to invest in safety first then regreting later on while you're in the hospital bed.
