AFAIK. Yung SNELL ay isang org. na nag te test ng helmets (I think sa U.S. din ito). While yung DOT naman ay Dept. of Trans. sa America na nag te test din ng helmet para malaman kung reliable sa crash. Ma protect ang head sa crash.

Balak ko bili nalang ng index helmets na full-face kasi mas mura. Ano kasi ang DOT approved dito? Ganda rin kasi ng graphics.
