DO NOT CONSIGNED YOUR BIKES TO RED SKULL RACING OF MARIKINA!!!!!

I consigned my bike to Red Skull Racing. Even I was holding the LTO papers, they sold the bike to a customer without getting the LTO PAPERS from me. When I asked them about the bike they told me the bike was sold but the buyer did not pay them. Although they don't deny receiving the bike, problem is they can’t remit the money alleging the buyer did not pay. And they promise to pay the bike but nothing happens until you get tired from collecting from them. Modus operandi are: sell your bike to a naive customer without the LTO papers at a cheaper price or break it down and sell the parts.  Another is they provide your bike with fake papers and sell it fast at a low price. If you file a lawsuit, if will cost you more money and time just to collect or recover your bike. They get your trust with two or more transactions then they hit.

Here's another thing that should worry consignors if the shop is raided by HPG and bikes were all impounded would Red Skull be liable for your bike? Last year Ondoy flooded Red Skull shop and all consigned bikes, what a pity for the owners. It's rainy season again your bike is at high risk. Visit their shop all bikes there are consigned they don't own a single bike. All the risk is yours.

If they can do it to me and so with the rest.  So this the only way I can stop this scam from going on. Posting at MCP and warning potential victims of this scam. Piece of advice: sell your bike directly to buyers, posting it at MCP. Don't be a victim and don't consign your bike to Red Skull Racing, better be safe.
