After having spent a few kilometers riding with Andrew Klajn, I've learned a few tips and tricks from him when it comes to photography. One of them is simple enough. Take the shot when you have it! The opportunity might not come again, so take it and take a lot. Digital technology makes it cheap to take as much as you want. Make the effort of taking a good shot by framing the subject properly, experimenting with different angles, etc.

Don't be shy. I get embarassed at times when Andrew makes a big fuss about his picture taking especially when he imposes on others to take the shot or blocks traffic or stops the ride just to take a picture. Later, when we are going through his shots, I am deeply grateful that he took the time and effort to take the shot because it memorializes the event for everyone to appreciate.
