Ride report by napperz

After months of waiting, the time for NORTH LOOP finally came!!

October 25-29, 2007 has long been marked in our calendars. These days will play a very important role in our life. We will be traveling more than 1,400 kilometers using our motorcycles. We will be going to beautiful and historical places that we were not able to do using our four-wheel cage.

So here it is….

My wife Ivy and I arrived at Ever’s place around 1:10am and there we found Anthony and Pong fixing their things. Then the rest of the pack followed (Ronald, Kang & Jane, Kris, Beni & Cel, Arnold, Jay, Cliff & Bea, Harffer, Verly). Almost everyone was surprised when Vice Ever paraded his new Hayate and Harffer with his new Raider R150. While waiting, some took coffee, bread and biscuits as “baon” to the long journey ahead. Where are Victor and Jhey? Well, we just met them in Monumento to cut their trip going to Tondo. Cliff led the prayer and then we started our journey going to Tuguegarao around 2:10am.

Upgrading PHP & mySQL

Posted by yuga On November - 4 - 2007

In a couple of hours, we will be testing the upgrade of this server to PHP5 and mySQL5. The lifespan of PHP4 and mySQL4 will end this December so we’d like to go ahead and move on to the latest stable versions of PHP and mySQL.

We will be doing some backups again and upgrade the system as we move along. There will be moments when the site might conk out erratically or database errors would pop up so don’t be surprised or too concerned.

Will update this post along the way but hopefully when I do, everything is up and in order.

Just a heads up to everyone.
