A regular visitor of Motorcycle Philippines emailed me this question regarding the confiscation of plates.

Hello Motorcycle Philippines,

Pls. advice if taking my Motorcycle Plate Number is correct when my license don’t show # 1 resitriction-> w/c is for me to be able to drive motorcycle. The MMDA officer said that I don’t have a license that’s why he took my Plate Number. Is this correct? Pls. advice how much I’ll pay to the Municipal Hall of Paranaque.
